Responsible Care ® is much more than a slogan at Canexus. It encompasses many of our long-standing practices in health, safety, and environmental protection and we are committed to its initiative. It does so in a way that involves and responds to the public and its expectations.

In 1994, Canexus became one of the first chemical companies to successfully complete the Responsible Care verification process. We maintain and refine Responsible Care systems through sustained employee initiatives and activities such as:
