Canexus Income Fund (“Canexus”) and Canexus Limited Partnership (“Canexus LP”) are pleased to offer through the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (the “Plan”) a convenient and economical way for eligible holders (“Unitholders”) of trust units (“Trust Units”) of Canexus and eligible holders (“Exchangeable LP Holders”) of exchangeable limited partnership units (“LP Units”) of Canexus LP to maximize their investment in Canexus.

The Plan provides Unitholders and Exchangeable LP Holders the opportunity to reinvest distributions into Trust Units (in the case of Unitholders) and LP Units (in the case of Exchangeable LP Holders) at a 5% discount to the average market price of the Trust Units on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

If you are an eligible Unitholder or Exchangeable LP Holder, we invite you to participate in the Plan, simply by completing the enrolment form provided in this booklet, or notifying the bank or brokerage firm with whom you invest of your interest in the Plan.
