Canexus has an experienced management team with an average of approximately 18 years of chemical industry expertise. At the production facility level, Canexus employs experienced managers who have an average of 15 years of experience and 25 years in the chemicals industry. As of May 31, 2005, Canexus employed 405 people, plus 39 contract employees.

Of the 405 employees, 43 are involved in office and administrative positions with the Canadian operations (primarily at the Calgary head office and the North Vancouver division office), 11 work in office and administration positions in the Houston, Texas corporate office and the Texarkana, Texas distribution terminal, 299 are involved in plant operations at the five Canadian production facilities and 52 are employed in Brazil.
