Canexus Income Fund is an unincorporated open-ended trust established by the Fund Trust Indenture under the laws of Alberta . The Fund was created initially in 2005 for the purposes of issuing Trust Units and investing the funds raised from such issuance to indirectly purchase the Chemicals Business of Nexen Inc.

The Fund started trading on the TSX on August 18, 2005, under the symbol CUS.UN.
